INTRODUCTION TO QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL
PURPOSE
Hilca Quality Manual (QM) is prepared to demonstrate that the company’s quality system satisfies the requirement of the international Standard (NIS ISO 9001: 1994) and that the company is capable of providing, at all times, the quality service required by our customers.
SCOPE
Hilca Quality Manual covers all aspects of the company’s activities that can affect the quality of our products and services to customers. The QM is all prepared to satisfy the requirement of the respective clauses of NIS ISO 9001: 1994 Standard.
STRUCTURE OF THE MANUAL
The QM content is structured to align with and satisfy the requirements of the clauses of NIS IS) 1001: 1994 Standard. The Manual content and numbering system is made to align with that of the international Standard (NIS ISO 9001 – 1994) The Manual makes reference to other relevant departmental procedures within the System where more details are documented.
DISTRIBUTION
Distribution of copies of Quality Manual is controlled as Per the details specification in section 4.5 of this manual.
