Our passion as solutions providers in Measurement & Controls is to solve Shortage Conflicts in Products Delivery in the Oil and Gas Industry.
We have tested experience in Tank Calibration (Road Tankers, Vertical Tank and Underground Tank Calibration).
We are also committed to follow through the products receipts in the supply chain by getting involved in Metering & Instrumentation, Maintenance & Calibration of flow meters, Provision of Resource Persons through Training and Capacity building.
Hilca is also involved in Fleet Management Solutions, we maintain Truck Standards through effective Daily Truck Preloading Inspection, Point of Entry Assessment and Annual Comprehensive Truck Audit.
Other areas include Logistics & Supply Chain Management – Petroleum Product Supply & Distribution and Facility Management with respect to VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) Sites.
